We designed this ecommerce website for a shop in Oakland that sells hemp products. The biggest challenge of this project was figuring out which ecommerce platforms would accept hemp sales, and then finding one that had beautiful templates, good SEO, and was easy to use.

In the end, we chose Square as their ecommerce platform (which they were already using as their POS system), and Weebly as their website builder. Square recently bought Weebly, and they have beautifully integrated their ecommerce platform into Weebly’s easy to design and attractive websites. We’re very impressed with this collaboration.

We published this site right before the pandemic, and it’s been generating good online business since then. This client chose to photograph their own products to keep costs low.
